RETURNS

I will accept returns on products if they differ significantly from the item description.

You may return an item if it arrives damaged or is defective in some way, however, before you post the item back to me, please contact me with pictures of the damage as we may choose to simply replace the item or part.  Do not post the item back to me until I have talked with you about it.

Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

SHIPPING

Items that are in stock will be posted within the next 2 working day from when the order is placed and payment is received.  If items need to be ordered before delivery can be arranged I will keep in touch with you about expected timescales.  All small items are posted by ordinary mail to keep the cost down, the cost can be worked out in the checkout process or you can get an estimate by using the estimate shipping button in your cart.  If the item is larger, eg. a doll, and you would like it to be sent by recorded delivery please email me to let me know and I can invoice you separately for this cost, this also applies for overseas deliveries where tracking is required.
